You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.

• When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order.

• Payment must be received in full before the production of your house sign begins.

4. Custom Products

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon delivery or there is a manufacturing error on our part.

• Please verify all custom design elements before finalizing your order, including text, font, color, and size. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

5. Building Product Compliance

• Some of Our Products and Systems are subject to stringent building product compliance requirements, including but not limited to Australian and New Zealand Standards, Regulations and the current version of the National Construction Code.

• Where advertised, Our products comply with these codes and standards. Our Product Technical Statements, where applicable and specific to product, can be found at www.protectoraluminium.com.au/support.

• Always consult with your local building authority to determine product suitability before commencing works with Our products. Incorrect use or misuse of Our products could potentially result in loss, damage, injury or even death.

• The customer assumes, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, all the risks inherent in the use of Our products, regardless of how such death, injury or damage was sustained and, in all cases, where the product has been used other than for the intended use.

6. Online Planners and Calculators

• Our various online Planners and Calculators, including this House Signs planner, are designed with simplicity in mind and therefore cannot accurately cater for all types, environments, or applications.

• Our Planners and Calculators are designed to calculate the size and design of a product &/or the number of products required for a project, based on the information you provide as a guide only.

• These tools may use standard product lengths, widths and heights and therefore cannot cater for project specific obstructions, environment, compliance, or specific applications. These factors may result in discrepancies with required quantities from time to time.

7. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We will not be held liable for any delays that are beyond our control.

• Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery or, if you fail to take delivery, at the time when we tried to deliver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of ProtectorAl House Signs or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
